Three Lions Called to the National Team
Harrison College made history in July 2026 when three Kolij Lions were named to the Barbados senior men's squad for the FIBA AmeriCup 2029 Pre-Qualifiers in Guyana.
Kyrone Alexander
Boston University
Taking his game to the NCAA with Boston University, Kyrone brings collegiate-level experience and athleticism to the Barbados backcourt.
Joel Hunte
City United Celtics
A dominant presence in the local BABA league with City United Celtics, Joel earned his spot through consistent high-level performances.
Simeon Maynard
Burger King Clapham Bulls
A key contributor for the Clapham Bulls in the BABA competition, Simeon's talent and work ethic earned him the call-up to represent his country.
Competing alongside Haiti, Grenada, Cayman Islands, and St Vincent & the Grenadines from July 8–12, 2026 — with three Kolij old scholars wearing the national colours.

In a season for the history books, Harrison College swept all four National Sports Council basketball titles — U15, U17, U19, and the Girls' championship. Four banners, one programme, one lion spirit. In Deo Fides.

A Dominant Run
A 22-point victory over Combermere in the final capped an impressive campaign for the next generation of Lions.
A 34-Point Statement
Harrison College dominated The St. Michael School from start to finish, lifting the NSC U17 title in commanding fashion.
Reclaiming the Crown
An 84-67 victory over Queen's College reclaimed the senior title and put the rivalry back in its place.
A Historic First
The Girls' team secured their first-ever title, completing a clean sweep across every age group.

Alumni Current Club Team
The Kolij Lions alumni don't just watch from the stands — they still compete. The Alumni Current Club team represents the Old Scholars in the Barbados Amateur Basketball Association (BABA) competition, keeping the Lion pride alive on the court year after year.
Senior Competition
Competing in the BABA Club Challenge and Premier League against the best amateur basketball teams across Barbados.
Old Scholars Squad
A roster built from former Harrison College players across multiple generations, proving that Lion basketball never stops.

The Old Harrisonian Society
The Old Harrisonian Society is the official alumni association of Harrison College — the beating heart of the Kolij family. It connects generations of Harrisonians around the world, preserves the school's rich traditions, and supports the ongoing development of the college and its students.
